NOW Foods Zinc Picolinate provides zinc bound to picolinic acid, a well-absorbed form. The 50 mg dose is well above everyday needs, so the product is intended for short-term use only.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones, to normal fertility and reproduction, and to normal protein synthesis.

Ingredients
Per capsule: zinc (from 271 mg zinc picolinate) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal, for short periods only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
