Swanson Zinc Carnosine features PepZinGI® – a patented chelate of zinc and the dipeptide L-carnosine, developed in Japan and studied for the stomach lining. The complex is stable in gastric juice and remains in the stomach longer than zinc alone.

Ingredients
Per capsule: PepZinGI® zinc-L-carnosine providing zinc 8 mg (80% NRV) and L-carnosine 29.5 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, gelatin (capsule), rice extract blend.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 2–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
