Description

NOW Sports ZMA® combines zinc (as monomethionine, aspartate and oxide), magnesium (aspartate and oxide) and vitamin B-6 in the patented ZMA® formula. It is taken in the evening on an empty stomach, away from dairy and calcium, which can reduce absorption.

Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis, to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood and to the normal function of the immune system.
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin B-6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the regulation of hormonal activity.

Ingredients

Per 3 capsules (dose for men): magnesium (from magnesium aspartate and oxide) 450 mg; zinc (from zinc mono-L-methionine, aspartate and oxide) 30 mg; vitamin B-6 (from pyridoxine HCl) 15 mg.

Per 2 capsules (dose for women): magnesium 300 mg; zinc 20 mg; vitamin B-6 10 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Men: 3 capsules a day. Women: 2 capsules a day. Take on an empty stomach 30–60 minutes before bedtime, avoiding dairy and calcium-containing foods or supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
