Description
NOW Foods Zinc 50 mg is a high-strength zinc gluconate tablet. Because the dose is well above everyday needs, it is intended for short-term use only.
Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, to the maintenance of normal skin, hair, nails and bones, to normal fertility and reproduction, and to normal protein synthesis.

Ingredients
Per tablet: zinc (from 403 mg zinc gluconate) 50 mg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, vegetarian coating, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal, for short periods only. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
