Trained by JP Oats So Creamy is a flavoured cream of oats: finely milled wholegrain oats that cook into a smooth, creamy porridge in a few minutes. Oats provide complex carbohydrates and naturally occurring dietary fibre, and it is a quick carbohydrate meal before or after training or for breakfast.

Ingredienser

Ingredients: finely milled wholegrain oats, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose); cocoa powder in chocolate flavours. Check the label for the full nutrition table and exact recipe of each flavour.

Anvendelse

Mix one serving (approx. 50 g) with hot water or milk, stir and leave for 1–2 minutes until thick. Adjust the amount to your carbohydrate needs.
