Swanson Potassium Aspartate delivers 99 mg of elemental potassium bound to L-aspartic acid. Potassium is the main electrolyte inside the body's cells; fruit, vegetables, legumes and potatoes are its richest dietary sources.

Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to normal muscle function.
Potassium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

Per capsule: potassium (potassium aspartate) 99 mg (5% NRV).

Other ingredients: rice flour, gelatin (capsule), magnesium stearate, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
