Swanson Milk Thistle combines 250 mg of seed extract standardised to 80% silymarin – the flavonolignan complex characteristic of Silybum marianum – with 250 mg of ground milk thistle seed. The purple-flowered thistle has been part of European herbal tradition since ancient Greece.

Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule).
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule 2–3 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
