OstroVit MCT Oil is a clear, tasteless oil of medium-chain triglycerides, made up of 55–65% caprylic acid (C8) and 35–45% capric acid (C10), obtained from palm kernel oil. It can be added to coffee, shakes, salads and other dishes.

Ingredients: MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides from African oil palm kernels).
Anvendelse
Adults: 12 g (2 tablespoons) twice a day with meals. Start with a smaller amount and increase gradually (by 12 g every 3 days) to assess tolerance. Not suitable for frying at high temperatures.
Advarsler
For adults only. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Consult a doctor if you are taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Large single amounts may cause stomach discomfort or diarrhoea.
