Beskrivelse
Olimp Cream of Rice is an instant rice porridge made from 97% finely milled rice flour, enriched with 12 vitamins. Mixed with cold or warm water it gives a smooth, easily digestible source of complex carbohydrates – popular with athletes as a quick breakfast or pre-workout meal. Sugar-free.

- Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function after highly intensive and/or long-lasting exercise leading to muscle fatigue (with a total intake of 4 g per kg body weight, within 4 hours and no later than 6 hours after the exercise).

Per 33 g: energy 511 kJ/122 kcal; fat 0.3 g, of which saturates 0.1 g; carbohydrate 27 g, of which sugars 0 g; protein 2.6 g; salt 0.21 g; vitamins A, D, E, C, B1, B2, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, biotin, pantothenic acid – each 20% NRV.
Ingredients: rice flour 97%, flavourings, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, salt, sweeteners acesulfame K and sucralose, vitamins (L-ascorbic acid, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, nicotinamide, retinyl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, cyanocobalamin, cholecalciferol, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine mononitrate, folic acid, D-biotin).
Allergens: none declared. Manufactured on a site that also handles milk, egg, soy, nuts, peanuts, gluten-containing cereals, fish, crustaceans and molluscs.
Anvendelse
Mix 33 g (1 scoop) with 200 ml of cold or 250 ml of warm water, stirring until smooth.
