NOW Foods Vitamin A & D combines two fat-soluble vitamins in one softgel with organic extra virgin olive oil.

Vitamin A (3,000 mcg) contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, normal skin and normal mucous membranes, and to the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin D3 (10 mcg) contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus, and to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function.

The vitamin A dose is high. Pregnant women and women planning pregnancy should not take vitamin A supplements without medical advice.

Ingredienser

Per softgel: vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) 3,000 mcg (10,000 IU); vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol, from lanolin) 10 mcg (400 IU).

Other ingredients: organic extra virgin olive oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water).

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 softgel a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
