NOW Foods Rei-Shi Mushrooms combines reishi (Ganoderma lucidum, known in China as lingzhi) as both a 10:1 extract and whole powder with a 4:1 shiitake extract. Both mushrooms have been valued in traditional Chinese practice for centuries and are natural sources of polysaccharides.

Ingredienser
Per 2 capsules: reishi mushroom powder 300 mg; reishi mushroom extract 10:1 (Ganoderma lucidum) 90 mg; shiitake mushroom extract 4:1 (Lentinus edodes) 150 mg.
Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.
Anvendelse
Adults: 2 capsules twice a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
