Potassium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure.

175 mg potassium per ½ level teaspoon (1.1 g)

Ingredienser

Per ½ level teaspoon (about 1.1 g): potassium (from 1,100 mg potassium gluconate) 175 mg.

Other ingredients: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: ½ level teaspoon mixed into at least 240 ml of water or another drink, with food, 1 to 4 times a day in separate servings. Do not exceed 4 servings a day.
