NOW Foods Magnesium 400 mg provides a full daily amount of magnesium in a single capsule, from a blend of oxide, citrate and aspartate. Magnesium takes part in hundreds of enzyme reactions in the body.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
Ingredienser
Per capsule: magnesium (from magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium aspartate) 400 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
