NOW Sports Kre-Alkalyn® is a pH-buffered form of creatine monohydrate designed to stay stable in the digestive tract. Many users find it gentler on the stomach, with less gas and bloating than regular creatine.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 3 g).

Ingredienser

Per 2 capsules: Kre-Alkalyn® buffered creatine monohydrate 1,500 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Anvendelse

Adults: 2 capsules 2 to 4 times a day. Drink plenty of fluids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
