NOW Foods Kelp 325 mcg provides iodine from organic whole-plant kelp (Laminaria spp.). Kelp is a large brown seaweed that grows in underwater "forests" in the cold waters of the world's oceans. A traditional food in Chinese, Japanese and Korean cuisine, it is one of the richest natural sources of iodine.

Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal cognitive function and to the maintenance of normal skin.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: iodine (from organic kelp, Laminaria spp., whole plant) 325 µg.

Other ingredients: cellulose powder, cellulose (capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
