NOW Real Food® Guar Gum is a pure, vegan thickening agent made from guar beans. It helps whole-grain and gluten-free flours bind and rise, giving baked goods a lighter, fluffier texture, and thickens sauces, soups and salad dressings. A little goes a long way.

Ingredients: guar gum.
Anvendelse
Use about ½ teaspoon per cup of gluten-free flour in baking, or a pinch to thicken sauces and dressings. Mix with dry ingredients first to avoid lumps.
