NooGandha

Per capsule: NooGandha® liposomal ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root and leaf extract 225 mg.

Ingredients: NooGandha® liposomal ashwagandha root and leaf extract, rice flour, hypromellose (vegetable capsule), magnesium stearate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Allergens: none. Produced in a facility that also handles nuts, milk, gluten, egg, soya, shellfish and peanuts.

Adults: 1 capsule 1–2 times a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

For adults only. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a thyroid or autoimmune disorder or liver disease, or are taking sedatives, thyroid or immunosuppressive medication. Ashwagandha may rarely cause liver problems – stop use if symptoms occur. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
