Life Extension Alpha-Lipoic Acid with Biotin combines 300 mg of alpha-lipoic acid – a sulphur-containing compound the body makes in small amounts, also found in spinach, broccoli and organ meats – with biotin, which is included because high intakes of lipoic acid may compete with biotin.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: biotin 2500 µg (5000% NRV); alpha-lipoic acid 300 mg.

Other ingredients: gelatin, vegetable stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silica.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 in the evening, preferably on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
