Holland & Barrett Natural Vitamin E 400 IU provides 268 mg of natural-source d-alpha tocopherol in sunflower oil. Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin found in seeds, nuts and vegetable oils.

Per capsule: vitamin E 268 mg α-TE (400 IU) (2233% NRV).
Other ingredients: d-alpha tocopherol, capsule shell (bovine gelatine, glycerol), sunflower seed oil.
Allergens: none.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Advarsler
For adults only. Consult a doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication (especially blood thinners) or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not take together with other vitamin E supplements. Discontinue 2 weeks before surgery. Contains bovine gelatine.
