Holland & Barrett Milk Thistle contains a standardised extract of milk thistle seeds (Silybum marianum) with 80% silymarin – the characteristic group of flavonolignans in the plant. Milk thistle has been used in European herbal tradition since ancient Greek and Roman times.

Ingredienser

Per capsule: milk thistle seed extract (Silybum marianum) 100 mg (80% silymarin).

Other ingredients: maltodextrin, capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
