Holland & Barrett High Strength Cold Pressed Evening Primrose Oil provides 1500 mg of cold-pressed oil from the seeds of evening primrose per softgel. Evening primrose (Oenothera biennis) seed oil is a natural source of the omega-6 fatty acids linoleic acid (LA) and gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), which is relatively rare in the diet.

Per capsule: cold-pressed evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis) 1500 mg, providing gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and cis-linoleic acid.

Other ingredients: capsule shell (bovine gelatine, glycerol), vitamin E (antioxidant).

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
