Holland & Barrett High Strength Cod Liver Oil provides 1000 mg of pure cod liver oil per softgel – a traditional source of omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA as well as vitamins A and D.

Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and the normal function of the immune system.
Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal vision and normal skin.
EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA – 2 capsules).

Ingredienser

Per capsule: cod liver oil 1000 mg, providing total omega-3 220 mg, of which EPA 80 mg and DHA 90 mg; vitamin A 800 µg RE (100% NRV); vitamin D 5 µg (100% NRV).

Other ingredients: cod liver oil (fish), capsule shell (bovine gelatine), glycerol, purified water, retinyl palmitate, cholecalciferol.

Allergens: fish.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not combine with other vitamin A or fish liver oil supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
