Beskrivelse

Himalaya Rumalaya Forte is a traditional Ayurvedic herbal formula in tablets, combining the gum resins of Indian frankincense (Boswellia serrata) and guggul (Commiphora wightii) with galangal rhizome, licorice root, tribulus fruit extract and guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) stem extract. These herbs are classically used together in Ayurvedic formulas for the joints and muscles.

Ingredienser

Per 2 tablets: Boswellia serrata resin powder 480 mg, Commiphora wightii (guggul) oleo-gum-resin powder 400 mg, Alpinia galanga rhizome powder 140 mg, Glycyrrhiza glabra (licorice) root powder 140 mg, Tribulus terrestris fruit extract 120 mg, Tinospora cordifolia stem extract 120 mg.

Other ingredients: calcium phosphates, starch, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, croscarmellose sodium, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc.

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day, preferably with meals, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Advarsler

For adults only. Not for pregnant or breastfeeding women or children under 14. Contains licorice – people with high blood pressure should avoid excessive consumption. Guggul may interact with thyroid, cholesterol-lowering and blood-thinning medication – consult a doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. A food supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a cool, dry place.
