Himalaya Stress Wellness Ashvagandha provides a dry extract of ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) in film-coated tablets. Ashwagandha, also called winter cherry, is one of the most important herbs of Ayurveda, where it is classed as a rasayana (rejuvenating herb).

250 mg root extract per tablet, 500 mg per daily dose

Ingredienser

Per 2 tablets: ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract 500 mg.

Other ingredients: bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose, carrier croscarmellose sodium, glazing agent magnesium salts of fatty acids, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide.

Allergens: none.

Anvendelse

Adults: 1 tablet twice a day after meals, with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
