Doctor's Best Alpha-Lipoic Acid 300 provides 300 mg of alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) per capsule. Alpha-lipoic acid is a sulphur-containing compound made in small amounts by the body and found in foods such as spinach, broccoli and organ meats. It is soluble in both water and fat.

Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule a day, preferably on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
