Per 5 ml (1 tsp; children 1–3 years) / 10 ml (2 tsp; children 4+): vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 50 mg / 100 mg (63% / 125% NRV); zinc (gluconate) 1 mg / 2 mg (10% / 20% NRV); elderberry concentrate (berry and flower) 250 mg / 500 mg; amla (Emblica officinalis, berry) 50 mg / 100 mg; bromelain (pineapple extract) 50 mg / 100 mg; grape skin and seed extract (proanthocyanidins) 10 mg / 20 mg. Sugars 2 g / 4 g.

Other ingredients: purified water, fructose, natural flavour, citric acid, potassium sorbate (preservative).

Allergens: none declared.

Children 1–3 years: 5 ml (1 tsp) a day; children 4 years and older: 10 ml (2 tsp) a day. Can be taken neat or mixed with juice. Shake well before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
