Materials: coated steel or PVC cable, plastic handles.
Anvendelse
Adjust the rope length so the handles reach your armpits when you stand on the middle of the rope. Use on a flat, non-slip surface. Wipe clean with a damp cloth.

Check the rope and handles for damage before each use. Keep a safe distance from other people and objects. Keep away from small children – risk of strangulation.
