Applied Nutrition 100% Casein is a micellar casein protein powder (96%) – the slow-digesting protein fraction of milk, which forms a gel in the stomach and releases amino acids gradually, making it popular before bedtime or between meals. It contains DigeZyme® digestive enzymes and LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans). Each 30 g serving provides about 25 g of protein and 105 kcal. Gluten-free. Flavours: Chocolate Cream, Strawberry Cream, Vanilla Cream.

Ingredients: micellar casein (96%) (milk), flavouring, colour (beetroot red – strawberry), thickener (xanthan gum), LactoSpore® (Bacillus coagulans), sweeteners (sucralose, steviol glycosides), DigeZyme® enzyme complex, salt. Chocolate Cream also contains cocoa.

Anvendelse

Mix 2 scoops (30 g) with 500 ml of water or milk and shake (less liquid gives a thicker shake). Take before bed, between meals or 2–3 times a day. Scoop sizes are approximate – kitchen scales are recommended.
