Allnutrition Omega 3-6-9 Strong combines fish oil (source of EPA and DHA), linseed oil (alpha-linolenic acid, ALA) and sunflower oil (linoleic and oleic acids) in one capsule.

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels (beneficial effect with a daily intake of 2 g ALA).

Ingredienser
Per capsule: fish oil 400 mg (EPA 72 mg, DHA 48 mg); linseed oil 300 mg (alpha-linolenic acid 150 mg, linoleic acid 45 mg, oleic acid 60 mg); sunflower oil 290 mg (linoleic acid 145 mg, oleic acid 44 mg).
Other ingredients: capsule shell (gelatin, glycerol), antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol.
Allergens: fish. May contain cereals containing gluten, soy, milk and eggs.
Anvendelse
Adults: 1 capsule a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
