Allnutrition 3-Creatine Malate is a flavoured powder based on tri-creatine malate – creatine bound to malic acid, which is more water-soluble than creatine monohydrate – with added taurine and vitamin B6. Sweetened with sucralose.

Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Per 3 g serving: tri-creatine malate (majority of the serving), taurine, vitamin B6 – see label for exact amounts.

Ingredients: creatine malate, taurine, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), stabiliser: gum arabic, acidity regulator: malic acid, flavouring, sweetener: sucralose.

Anvendelse

Adults: dissolve 3 g in 300 ml of water or juice, 1–3 times a day (e.g. before and after training). Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
