Description
Swanson Ultra Magnesium Oil (Dr. Barbara Hendel's formula) is 100% pure magnesium chloride brine from the ancient Zechstein seabed beneath the Netherlands. Despite the name it is not an oil – it is a concentrated mineral brine with a slightly oily feel, used as a body spray, for massage or in a bath or foot soak.

Ingredients
Ingredients: 100% pure magnesium chloride brine (Zechstein).
Directions
Spray 4–5 times onto clean skin and massage in. Leave on for around 20–30 minutes, then rinse off if desired. For a bath or foot soak, add about 60 ml (2 fl oz) to warm water and soak for 20–30 minutes. A tingling sensation is normal, especially on first use.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and freshly shaved or broken skin. Discontinue use if irritation persists. Keep out of reach of children. May stain or leave white residue on fabrics – allow to dry before dressing.
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children.
