Osavi Magnesium Citrate + B6 in a single-serving sachet contains magnesium citrate made with Aquamin Mg® (magnesium from seawater) and vitamin B6, to dissolve in water.
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal psychological function.

Ingredients
Per 4 g serving: Aquamin Mg® magnesium citrate 4 g, providing magnesium 400 mg (107% NRV); vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 8 mg (571% NRV).
Ingredients: magnesium salts of citric acid, pyridoxine hydrochloride.
Allergens: none.
Directions
Adults: dissolve the serving (4 g) in 200 ml of water or another drink, with or directly after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
