Description
NOW Foods Magnesium Malate combines magnesium with malic acid – a natural compound found in apples and a normal intermediate of the body's energy metabolism (Krebs cycle).
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredients
Per tablet: magnesium (from 1,000 mg magnesium malate) 113 mg.
Other ingredients: hydroxypropyl cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, vegetarian coating (hypromellose, calcium carbonate, glycerin).
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet 3 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
