Swanson Calcium Citrate Plus Magnesium combines calcium citrate – a form that needs less stomach acid for absorption – with magnesium in a 2:1 ratio.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: calcium (citrate) 300 mg (38% NRV); magnesium (oxide) 150 mg (40% NRV).
Other ingredients: hypromellose (vegan capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules 1–2 times a day with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
