Skill Nutrition Magnesium Citrate provides magnesium as magnesium salts of citric acid – an organic, readily soluble form – together with vitamin B6 in its active coenzyme form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate (P-5-P). Made in Latvia; suitable for vegan and halal diets.

Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Directions
