Per 4 capsules: zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 – see label for exact amounts.
Other ingredients: capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agent.

Directions
Adults: 4 capsules a day with water, ideally before bed on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
