Ingredients
Per capsule: magnesium (oxide, citrate, aspartate) 400 mg (107% NRV).
Other ingredients: gelatin (capsule), vegetable magnesium stearate, silica.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
