OstroVit Magnesium Citrate is a powder of magnesium salts of citric acid, a well-soluble organic form of magnesium, to dissolve in water or juice.

Per serving (2.7 g, natural): magnesium citrate 2700 mg, of which magnesium 378 mg (101% NRV).

Directions
Adults: dissolve 2.7 g (3 scoops) in 100–150 ml of water or juice, once a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
