Description
OstroVit KSM-66 Ashwagandha® + Magnesium + B6 P-5-P VEGE combines KSM-66® – a full-spectrum ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) root extract standardised to 5% withanolides – with magnesium citrate and vitamin B6 in its active form.
- Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Magnesium and vitamin B6 contribute to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Per 2 capsules: magnesium 180 mg (48% NRV); KSM-66® ashwagandha root extract 200 mg, of which withanolides (5%) 10 mg; vitamin B6 2.8 mg (200% NRV).
Ingredients: magnesium citrate, vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), ashwagandha root extract KSM-66®, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate.
Allergens: manufactured in a facility that also processes milk, soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans and fish.
Directions
Adults: 2 capsules a day with a meal and plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
