Description
NOW Solutions Magnesium Topical Spray is a pure, concentrated solution of magnesium chloride sourced from ancient seabeds, with just two ingredients. It is quick to apply as part of a daily self-care routine or added to a warm foot soak. A slightly tacky feel at first is normal; any white residue after drying is simply excess salt.

Ingredients
Ingredients (INCI): Aqua, Magnesium Chloride. About 66 mg of elemental magnesium per 4 sprays.
Directions
Spray 2–5 times onto clean, dry skin and massage in until absorbed; wipe off any white residue with a damp cloth. For a foot soak, add 30–60 ml to warm water and soak for 20–30 minutes, then rinse if desired.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin; may sting on freshly shaved or sensitive skin. Stop use if irritation occurs. People taking diuretics or with kidney, heart or respiratory conditions should consult a doctor. Keep out of reach of children.
