Description
NOW Foods Magnesium Malate Caps provide fully reacted magnesium malate in a vegetarian capsule. Malic acid occurs naturally in apples and is a normal intermediate of the body's energy metabolism (Krebs cycle).
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal muscle function and to normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Per capsule: magnesium (from 840 mg magnesium malate) 95 mg.
Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.
Directions
Adults: 1 capsule 3 times a day, preferably with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
