Description

NOW Foods Magnesium Citrate capsules contain fully reacted magnesium citrate in a vegetarian capsule, with only two minor additives. The daily dose is easy to split through the day.

Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Ingredients

Per 3 capsules: magnesium (from magnesium citrate) 400 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), ascorbyl palmitate, silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 3 capsules a day with food, preferably in divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
