Description
NOW Foods Magnesium Ascorbate Powder is a buffered vitamin C powder that combines ascorbic acid with magnesium. When stirred into cold water it forms magnesium ascorbate, which is less acidic than plain vitamin C.

Always dissolve in at least 180 ml of cold water – the powder warms up when it contacts liquid.
Ingredients
Per ¼ level teaspoon (about 1 g): vitamin C (from ascorbic acid) 820 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide) 60 mg.

Directions
Adults: stir ¼ level teaspoon into at least 180 ml of cold water or another clear cold drink, once a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
