Description
NOW Foods Liquid Magnesium is a mineral concentrate from the Great Salt Lake (Utah), obtained by solar evaporation. The process removes about 99% of the sodium while keeping the naturally occurring trace minerals in ionic form. Nothing is added – the taste is very strong, so mix it with juice or food.
Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal muscle function and to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.

Directions
