Per 2 capsules: vitamin A (as beta-carotene) 3,750 µg; vitamin C (calcium ascorbate) 250 mg; vitamin D (ergocalciferol) 2.5 µg (100 IU); vitamin E 67 mg; thiamin 25 mg; riboflavin 25 mg; niacin 25 mg; vitamin B-6 25 mg; folate 680 µg DFE (400 µg folic acid); vitamin B-12 100 µg; biotin 50 µg; pantothenic acid 25 mg; choline 25 mg; calcium 50 mg; iodine (kelp) 75 µg; magnesium 50 mg; zinc (picolinate) 7.5 mg; selenium 25 µg; copper (Albion™) 0.25 mg; manganese (Albion™) 2.5 mg; chromium 50 µg; molybdenum 25 µg; potassium 12.5 mg; organic spirulina 125 mg; organic chlorella 50 mg; alfalfa juice concentrate; green tea extract 25 mg; inositol; PABA 15 mg; Asian ginseng root; citrus bioflavonoids; rutin 12.5 mg; bromelain 20 mg; papain; protease; lipase; amylase 5 mg.

Other ingredients: hypromellose (cellulose capsule), magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source). Vitamin E from non-GMO soy (highly refined).

Adults: 2 capsules a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
