Description

NOW Foods Iron 18 mg provides iron as Ferrochel™ iron bisglycinate – a chelated form that is well absorbed and gentle on the stomach, without the constipation common with iron salts.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, to normal cognitive function, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

18 mg iron per capsule, one a day

Ingredients

Per capsule: iron (from 90 mg ferrous bisglycinate, Ferrochel™) 18 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), stearic acid (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose unless advised by a doctor.
