Description

NOW Foods Iron Complex combines Ferrochel™ iron bisglycinate – a well-tolerated, non-constipating form of iron – with nutrients that work alongside it: vitamin C, folic acid and vitamin B-12, plus organic dong quai root and raspberry leaf.

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, to normal cognitive function, to the normal function of the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
Folate and vitamin B-12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation.

Ingredients

Per tablet: iron (from 135 mg ferrous bisglycinate, Ferrochel™) 27 mg; vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 50 mg; folate 340 µg DFE (200 µg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 50 µg; organic dong quai (Angelica sinensis, rhizome/root) 100 mg; red raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus).

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, maltodextrin, vegetarian coating (hypromellose, stearic acid, sunflower lecithin, triethyl citrate, sunflower oil), silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

Not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women. For adults only.
