NOW Foods Folic Acid 800 mcg with Vitamin B-12 combines two B vitamins that work closely together in cell division, red blood cell formation and homocysteine metabolism.

Folate contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy, to normal blood formation, to normal homocysteine metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B-12 contributes to normal red blood cell formation and to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Ingredients
Per tablet: folate 1,360 µg DFE (800 µg folic acid); vitamin B-12 (as cyanocobalamin) 25 µg.
Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, stearic acid (vegetable source), magnesium stearate (vegetable source).
Directions
Adults: 1 tablet a day with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
