Description

NOW Foods Calcium & Magnesium combines two minerals that work closely together in the body, in the classic 2:1 ratio, from a mix of carbonate, citrate and ascorbate forms.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Magnesium also contributes to electrolyte balance and to normal functioning of the nervous system.
Available in 100 and 250 tablet packs

Ingredients

Per 2 tablets: calcium (from calcium carbonate, calcium citrate and calcium ascorbate) 1,000 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate and magnesium ascorbate) 500 mg.

Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, vegetarian coating (hypromellose, calcium carbonate, polydextrose, glycerin, medium-chain triglycerides), stearic acid (vegetable source), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Directions

Adults: 2 tablets a day, which may be taken in divided doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
