NOW Foods Calcium & Magnesium Softgels deliver calcium and magnesium in a 2:1 ratio, suspended in rice bran oil, together with vitamin D3 and zinc.

Calcium is needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth and contributes to normal muscle function.
Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and to the maintenance of normal bones.
Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and to the normal function of the immune system.

Ingredients

Per 3 softgels: calcium (from calcium carbonate and calcium citrate) 1,000 mg; magnesium (from magnesium oxide and magnesium citrate) 500 mg; vitamin D (as D3 cholecalciferol) 15 µg (600 IU); zinc (from zinc oxide) 9 mg; energy 25 kcal; fat 2 g; carbohydrate 1 g; protein 1 g.

Other ingredients: rice bran oil, softgel (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, citrus fibre, carnauba wax, zinc oxide), sunflower lecithin, beeswax.

Directions

Adults: 3 softgels a day with food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
